Residents Organized for a Safe Environment (ROSE) will sponsor a community involvement meeting on Saturday, Feb. 3: “The Facts about Nuclear Waste Storage at San Onofre.” The meeting will take place just as Edison has completed moving the first of 73 thin-walled canisters to the new nuclear waste dump at San Onofre where they will remain indefinitely.
